妇科微创手术不断成熟发展,腹腔镜手术已经取代了大部分开腹手术。腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、切口美观、生活质量高的特点,已被越来越多的医师和患者所接受。腹腔镜手术的适应证随着仪器设备的改进和技术的进步在不断扩大,但随着手术范围的扩大,手术难度的增加,也使手术并发症的种类相继增加,而且随手术难度的增加而增加[1]。现将我院妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的发生情况进行回顾性的临床分析,现报告如下。
