1病例报告患者,女性,18岁,未婚,否认性生活史。主因腹痛5 d,加重伴恶心、呕吐1 d,于2008年5月28日0:58急诊入院。平素月经欠规则,4~5/30~45 d,量中,末次月经:2008-04-15。患者5 d前无诱因出现间断性下腹隐痛,无阴道出血及肛门坠胀感,未在意。2 d前因心脏瓣膜手术后1个月应约来?
1 Case Report Patient, Female, 18 years old, single, denied sexual life history. Main abdominal pain for 5 d, aggravated with nausea, vomiting 1 d, at 0:58 on May 28, 2008 emergency admission. Normal menstruation due to rules, 4 ~ 5/30 ~ 45 d, volume, the last menstrual: 2008-04-15. 5 days before the patient showed no incentive to intermittent abdominal pain, no vaginal bleeding and anal bulge, did not care. 2 d before the heart valve surgery should be about 1 month?
