在中小学中存在着一些处中等水平但富有发展潜力的学校,要提高此类学校发展水平,从制度和管理上入手效果相对较优。程序化管理作为一种规范科学的管理方式,被广泛用于企业管理中,学校管理虽不同于企业管理,但是这种方式可以在改进中用于学校管理,尤其是对于此类学校。本文通过对部分中小学的抽样调查,分析现阶段中小学校管理上存在的一些问题,在此基础上讨论程序化管理对于提高学校管理的科学性和效益性的意义,使学校管理做到程序化、规范化,管理中明确职责权限,规范各类人员行为,以期提高教学质量。
In primary and secondary schools, there are some middle schools with potential for development. To improve the development level of such schools, it is better to start with the system and management. As a standardized and scientific management method, program management is widely used in the management of enterprises. Although it differs from the management of enterprises, this method can be used for improving the management of schools, especially for such schools. Based on the sample survey of some primary and secondary schools, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the management of primary and secondary schools at this stage. On the basis of this, it discusses the significance of procedural management in improving the scientific and effective management of school management, , Standardization, management clear responsibilities authority, regulate all kinds of personnel behavior, with a view to improving teaching quality.
