目的通过对2012-2014年江都区8~10岁学龄儿童、育龄妇女尿碘检测结果分析,了解江都区学龄儿童和育龄妇女的碘营养水平,为今后的碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学的指导意义。方法区疾控中心血防科根据《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》及江苏省疾病预防控制中心环境疾病(地方病)防制所的要求,每年随机采集5个乡镇的学龄儿童、育龄妇女尿样,送实验室进行尿碘含量检测,同时进行质量控制。结果 3年来共采集儿童尿样219份,尿碘中位数为249μg/L,频数分布高峰在100~300μg/L,不同性别学龄儿童尿碘水平差异无统计学意义。育龄妇女尿样208份,频数分布主要在50~300μg/L,年度间差异有统计学意义。每年的尿碘外质控均在满意度范围内。结论江都区现阶段人群的碘营养状况良好,达到了碘缺乏病消除的标准。
Objective To analyze the urinary iodine test results of school-age children of 8-10 years old and women of childbearing age in Jiangdu District in 2012-2014 so as to understand the iodine nutrition level of school-age children and women of child-bearing age in Jiangdu District and to provide scientific guidance for the future prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders . Conclusion The population of iodine nutrition in Jiangdu District is in good condition and reached the standard of elimination of iodine deficiency deficiency.
