近几年来,各级政府机关对解决基层的问题比较重视,这对加强基层的基础建设,保障经济持续快速发展、社会治安持续安全稳定起到了重要作用。但有一些机关同志下基层不善于保持与群众的密切联系,了解不到基层的真实情况;解决问题,重点不突出,方法也不够科学。笔者认为,在当前形势下,机关干部需要摆正位置,树立宗旨意识,增强发现、解决基层问题的能力。牢固树立“两个意识”一是服务意识。机关工作的立足点和出发点就是为基层、为广大人民群众服务。机关干部摆正位置,换位思考,就是多为基层着想,把基层的困难、问题
