采用盆栽试验,在日光温室内研究了负压灌溉对土壤含水率、根系生长特征、小白菜水分利用效率、产量、品质等的影响。结果表明,负压灌溉条件下,随着负压的增大,土壤含水率呈降低趋势;小白菜产量随着负压增大呈先上升后下降趋势,-5、-10 kPa负压处理产量较高,而负压过高(-20 kPa)和过低(0)都不利于小白菜产量的形成;0、-5、-10 kPa负压处理和常规灌水处理的根长、根体积、表面积等指标均能体现其根系生长良好,-20 kPa负压处理土壤含水率过低,根系生长不良且根冠比较大;随负压值增大,维生素C显著提高,硝酸盐先降低后增加,-10 kPa负压处理硝酸盐最低,可溶性糖变化无明显规律;-10 kPa负压处理水分利用效率最高,较对照高出了21.4%。综合考虑,小白菜日光温室负压灌溉条件下负压设定在-10 kPa。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of negative pressure irrigation on soil moisture content, root growth characteristics, water use efficiency, yield and quality of cabbage in sunlight greenhouse. The results showed that the soil moisture content decreased with the increase of negative pressure under the condition of negative pressure irrigation. The yield of Chinese cabbage increased first and then decreased with the increase of negative pressure. The output of negative pressure treatment with -5 and -10 kPa While the negative pressure (-20 kPa) and low (0) were not conducive to the formation of Chinese cabbage. The root length, root volume, Surface area and other indicators can reflect the good growth of the root system, -20 kPa negative pressure soil moisture content is too low, poor root growth and root and shoot relatively large; with the negative pressure value increases significantly increased vitamin C, nitrate first decreased and then increased , -10 kPa negative pressure treatment of nitrate minimum, no obvious changes in soluble sugar; -10 kPa negative pressure treatment the highest water use efficiency, 21.4% higher than the control. Taken together, the cabbage greenhouse under negative pressure irrigation conditions set at -10 kPa.
