笔者在“新型三功能攻丝夹头”(发表在本刊83年1期上)结构的基础上,设计并试制成功了M2至M6小型多功能攻丝器。经沈阳、天津、北京、青岛等有关单位的实际使用,证明达到了设计要求。此工具与钻床主轴连接方便,力矩保护装置有效地防止了丝锥折断,可自动跟进攻丝到预定深度后自动脱开空转;反推主轴可快速反转退回。这对解决M2至M3盲孔的机动攻丝尤为重要。
Based on the structure of the “New Three-function Tapping Chuck” (published in the first issue of 1983), the M2 to M6 small multi-function tapping machine was designed and manufactured successfully. The actual use of such units as Shenyang, Tianjin, Beijing and Qingdao proves that the design requirements have been met. The utility model has the advantages of convenient connection with the drilling spindle, the torque protection device effectively prevents the breakage of the tap, automatically releases the idling after following the tapping to a predetermined depth, and the reverse thrust spindle can quickly reverse reverse. This is especially important for maneuvering tapping M2 to M3 blind holes.
