目的了解山东省社区卫生服务信息化的开展情况,为山东省卫生信息化的发展提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层系统抽样的方法进行有关社区卫生服务信息化开展情况的问卷调查。结果社区卫生服务机构信息化管理率为77.6%,不同地区、不同机构间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。社区卫生服务机构信息化管理开始时间,发达地区明显早于中等发达地区和欠发达地区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在社区卫生服务信息化开展程度上,发达和中等发达地区高于欠发达地区(P<0.05),社区卫生服务站高于社区卫生服务中心(P<0.05);社区卫生服务机构使用电子健康档案不同地区间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),欠发达地区(70.4%)明显高于发达地区(35.4%)和中等发达地区(26.4%),建档率不同地区间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区卫生服务信息化开展程度不均衡,社区居民电子健康档案发展缓慢,有关心理和社会医学的社区卫生服务项目信息化开展程度较低。
Objective To understand the development of community health service informatization in Shandong Province and provide the basis for the development of health informatization in Shandong Province. Methods A multi-stage stratified systematic sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the development of community health service informatization. Results The information management rate of community health service institutions was 77.6%. There was no significant difference between different institutions in different regions (P> 0.05). The start time of information management of community health service agencies was significantly earlier in developed areas than in moderately developed areas and less developed areas, with significant differences (P <0.05). In the extent of community health service informatization, the developed and middle-developed areas were higher than those in less-developed areas (P <0.05), community health service stations were higher than those in community health centers (P <0.05), and community health service agencies used electronic health records The difference between different regions was statistically significant (P <0.05), less developed regions (70.4%) was significantly higher than that of developed regions (35.4%) and moderately developed regions (26.4%), and there was no significant difference between different regions (P> 0.05). Conclusion The level of informationization of community health service is not balanced. The electronic health records of community residents are developing slowly. The information of community health service related to psychology and social medicine is underdeveloped.
