本文应用透射电镜观察卫氏并殖吸虫童虫、成虫和虫卵中的卵黄细胞的超微结构。据其形态发育特点,作者将卵黄细胞的发育划分为3期:原始细胞期、未成热细胞期和成熟细胞期。童虫中的卵黄细胞包含原始和未成熟期,成虫中则含连续发育的3期卵黄细胞,虫卵中仅含成熟期卵黄细胞。结果表明,只有成熟的卵黄细胞才能离开卵黄小叶,参与卵壳的形成及其后卵内胚胎的发育。
In this paper, transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure of the yolk cells in paragonimus westermani, adults and eggs. According to its morphological development characteristics, the author will be divided into three stages of the development of yolk cells: primordial, unformed and mature cell stages. Yolk cells in squirrels contain primordial and immaturity stages, whereas adult adults contain continuously growing stage 3 yolk cells that contain only mature stage yolkocytes. The results showed that only the mature yolk cells can leave the leaflets of the yolk and participate in the formation of the egg shell and the subsequent development of the embryo in the egg.
