从现阶段国内高职院校酒店管理专业整体发展状况来看,仍然有不少不足之处需要解决,人才教育与劳动力的需求中间出现了很大的错位,不只是学生对用人企业越来越挑剔,更多的是用人企业对学生不满。以就业为导向、充分考虑社会与经济的发展趋势,在酒店管理劳动力市场实际需求的基础上,对目前高职院校酒店管理教育教学活动中存在的问题进行分析,并针对这些潜在的问题提出相应的解决措施,希望能够进一步提高高职院校相关专业的教学水平以及酒店管理事业的发展。
From the current stage of the development of hotel management specialty in domestic higher vocational colleges, there are still many shortcomings to be solved.
