患者女,38岁,维吾尔族。诊断为恶性葡萄胎,于1992年12月28日上午准备在连续硬膜外麻醉下行子宫切除术。术前患者一般状况良好,血压、心电图及各项实验室检查结果均在正常范围。术前1小时皮下注射阿托品0.5mg。入手术室后先取左侧卧位,常规消毒皮肤,于腰_(2～3)椎间隙定点,用2％普鲁卡因作局麻,然后以16号穿刺针直入法进针,负压明显,置管顺利,改为平卧,经导管注入局麻药液
