一前言黄震(1213—1281),字东发,南宋庆元府(今浙江宁波)慈溪人,生于南宋宁宗嘉定六年,卒于元世祖至元十八年,著有《黄氏日抄》、《古今纪要》、《戊辰修史传》和《古今纪要逸编》等书。他对《史记》的评论,主要见于《黄氏日抄》卷四十六(读史一·史记)、卷四十七(读史二·汉书)、卷五十一(读杂史一·苏子古史)等。仅就《黄氏日抄》卷四十六、卷四十七对《史记》的评点,包括本纪七篇、书三篇、
