货币政策与财政政策是国家两大重要宏观调控政策,二者的协调配合是保障宏观调控效果和现代市场经济有序运行的必要条件。当前,经济转型成为关系我国发展全局的战略选择,我国的宏观调控政策则是富有中国特色的稳健货币政策与积极财政政策组合。在这样的经济形势和宏观政策组合下,两大政策之间如何进行协调配合,或者说存在哪些协调配合的现实路径,是一个值得深入探析的现实问题。
Monetary and fiscal policies are the two major macro-control policies of the country. The coordination and cooperation between the two are the necessary conditions for ensuring the effectiveness of macroeconomic regulation and control and the orderly operation of the modern market economy. At present, economic restructuring has become a strategic choice concerning the overall development of our country. Our macro-control policy is a combination of prudent monetary policy and pro-active fiscal policy with Chinese characteristics. Under such a combination of economic situation and macroeconomic policies, it is a realistic question deserving further analysis that how to coordinate and co-ordinate the two major policies or what path exists for coordination and cooperation.
