目的:对氨氯地平的药理分析与临床应用的分析与探讨。方法:从我院所收治的患有心率衰竭及心绞痛患者中选取70例患者参与研究,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组采用氨氯地平治疗,观察疗效,进行对比分析。结果:实验组的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在面对心力衰竭及心绞痛患者时,采用氨氯地平药物进行治疗可以提高治疗效率,减少患者痛苦,是一种优质的治疗方法,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the pharmacological analysis and clinical application of amlodipine. Methods: Seventy patients with heart failure and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine treatment. The experimental group was treated with amlodipine to observe the curative effect. Comparative analysis. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the face of heart failure and angina patients, the use of amlodipine drugs can improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the suffering of patients is a good treatment, it is worth promoting.
