Before the major competitions, each athlete and every athletic team should conduct a series of warm-up matches. However, what kind of warm-up matches can enhance the athletes’ desire to participate in the competitions? What is the level of athletes in the warm-up matches? This is a very worthwhile question. Well, some people may say that of course, the better the warm-up result, the more confidence in participating in the competition, the better the competition will achieve, is it?
