参加了一个教师培训会。当时,人数众多的会场上有轻微的交谈声,也有手机来电几次响起的各种铃声,或许也有对发言者观点不敢苟同的议论声,总之,培训会中途居然被会议组织者就会场纪律又做了一番强调,言下之意作为教师,不应该出现这样的状况。老师毕竟还是老师,接下来培训会虽然冗长,还是静寂了许多。身在会场,我的脑子却开起了小差,不由得想起了陈忠实先生所著的那篇中篇小说《蓝袍先生》。小说中描写
