现已证实在牙龈炎和牙周炎时局部组织中有多形核白细胞(PMNs)的聚积。PMNs 的产物不仅能影响龈沟内细菌和牙龈组织,而且可作为衡量炎症程度的指标。本研究比较了龈炎、牙周炎及健康龈沟内龈沟液(GCF)中PMNs 的代谢产物髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的活性,同时比较了在相同部位收集5秒钟和30秒钟的GCF 容量和GCF 中MPO 的活性。材料与方法选择10例25岁~50岁轻度或中度牙周炎的男性患者,无系统性疾病,在近6个月内未接受过影响PMNs 功能和MPO 特性的抗体和药物治疗,也未经牙周治疗。依据患者口腔中不同部位的牙周情况分为:健康、龈炎和牙周炎三组。
The accumulation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) in local tissues has been demonstrated in gingivitis and periodontitis. The products of PMNs not only affect bacterial and gingival tissue in the gingival sulcus but also serve as an indicator of the degree of inflammation. This study compared the activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO), a metabolite of PMNs in gingivitis, periodontitis and gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) in healthy gingival sulcata, and compared the effects of collecting 5 and 30 seconds at the same site GCF capacity of bell and MPO activity in GCF. MATERIALS AND METHODS Ten patients with mild or moderate periodontitis from 25 to 50 years of age were selected and were free of systemic disease. They received no antibody or drug therapy that affected the function and MPO properties of PMNs within 6 months Without periodontal treatment. According to the patient's oral cavity in different parts of the periodontal conditions are divided into: health, gingivitis and periodontitis in three groups.
