研究了等离子喷涂Cr3C2-NiCr、WC-Co和Cr2O3涂层自配对以及Cr2O3涂层与WC+Co硬质合金和增韧SiC陶瓷配对在蒸馏水润滑下的摩擦学特性.结果发现:三种涂层自配对组成摩擦副在水润滑下,以Cr2O3涂层的耐磨性能最好,显示出<10-6mm3N-1m-1的磨损系数;三种涂层的磨损机理均主要表现为裂纹扩展和颗粒断裂,涂层的断裂韧性越高,气孔率和微裂纹长度越低,其耐磨性能越好.异质材料配对能有效地改善Cr2O3涂层的摩擦学特性,这主要与摩擦副材料的表面状态及摩擦化学反应有关.
The tribological properties of plasma sprayed Cr3C2-NiCr, WC-Co and Cr2O3 coatings were investigated by self-pairing and the pairing of Cr2O3 coating with WC + Co cemented carbide and toughening SiC ceramics in distilled water. The results show that the wear resistance of Cr2O3 coating is the best, which shows the wear coefficient of <10-6mm3N-1m-1. The abrasion mechanism of the three coatings Mainly for the crack growth and particle fracture, the higher the fracture toughness of the coating, the lower the porosity and microcrack length, the better the wear resistance. The pairing of heterogeneous materials can effectively improve the tribological properties of Cr2O3 coating, which is mainly related to the surface state of tribological materials and the tribochemical reaction.
