Tianlin Community has 1155 “two new” organizations, of which 17 are non-public-owned enterprises above designated size with some 20,265 employees. Tianlin Community Social Comprehensive Party Committee was established in October 2004 and is one of the first units in the district level to set up a social comprehensive party committee. Under the leadership of the Party committees, district committees and community (street) party working committees, over the past two years, the comprehensive party committee of Tianlin community (street) conscientiously studied and implemented the “Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of Regional Major Party Building”
