目的探讨结核患者的营养护理干预方法及效果。方法选择我院在2015年7月至2016年7月间收治的80例结核病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对对照组采用常规护理,对观察组采用常规护理基础上的营养护理,对比两种护理方法的效果。结果观察组的总营养不良率为10%,明显低于对照组的62.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结核患者实施营养护理干预,可降低营养不良的发生率,效果显著,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of nutritional nursing intervention in tuberculosis patients. Methods Eighty patients with tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 40 cases each. The control group using conventional care, the observation group using routine care based on nutritional care, compared the effects of two nursing methods. Results The total malnutrition rate in the observation group was 10%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (62.5%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nutritional nursing intervention for tuberculosis patients can reduce the incidence of malnutrition, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting and application.
