目的 为制定中年女性血沉参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法 搜集了中国2 91个单位用温氏法制定的2 0 0 2 8例健康中年女性血沉参考值,运用灰色关联度分析的方法研究了其与地理因素的关系。结果 发现海拔高度是影响中年女性参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大而中年女性血沉参考值在逐渐的减少(灰色关r1(y,x1) =0 .73185 )。用GM(1,N)模型与灰色微分方程的方法得到了一个灰色微分模型,y∧(k) =0 .0 0 86 6 4z( 1) (k) +0 .0 0 0 1881x1( 1) (k) +0 0 0 0 0 8914x2 ( 1)(k) - 0 .0 0 9112x3 ( 1) (k) - 0 .0 35 88x4( 1) (k) +0 .0 0 0 82 6 7x5( 1) (k)±4 .70。结论 如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,利用此模型并求出其相应的近似时间响应式,就可以估算出这个地区的中年女性血沉参考值。依据中年女性血沉参考值与地理因素依赖关系把中国分为青藏区,西南区,西北区,东南区,华北区,东北区等六个区。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for setting uniform standards for reference value of middle-aged women’s ESR. Methods A total of 2 028 healthy middle-aged women’s reference values of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) developed by 2 91 units in China were collected and their relationship with geographical factors was studied by means of gray relational analysis. The results showed that altitude was the most important factor influencing middle-aged women’s reference value. With the gradual increase of altitude, the reference value of middle-aged women’s erythrocyte sedimentation rate gradually decreased (r1 (y, x1) = 0.73185). Conclusion If we know the geographical factors in a certain area of China and use this model to find the corresponding approximate time response formula, we can estimate the reference value of ESR for middle-aged women in this area. According to the reference value of middle-aged women’s ESR and geographical factors, China is divided into six areas: Qinghai-Tibet, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North China and Northeast China.
