目的研究兔角膜裂伤后抗外力能力的变化及伤口的愈合过程。方法测定RK术后不同时间兔角膜承受的内压力值;观察兔角膜切口部乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)分布和形态学变化。结果BK术后3月较术后1月兔角膜承受内压力值明显升高,但仍低于正常。RK术后切口部角膜上皮LDH活性增强。切口部上皮层由上皮栓填塞,基质层存在大量的成纤维细胞和纤维细胞,随切口愈合时间延长上皮栓变小,成纤维细胞和纤维细胞减少。结论RK术后3月兔角膜抗外力能力低于正常。糖酵解途径在角膜伤口愈合中起着重要作用。
Objective To study the changes of anti-external force ability and wound healing process after corneal laceration in rabbits. Methods The intraocular pressure of rabbit cornea was measured at different time after RK. The distribution and morphology of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in rabbit corneal incision were observed. Results Compared with the postoperative 1 month after operation, the intraocular pressure of the cornea in BK group was significantly increased but still lower than normal. RK postoperative corneal epithelial LDH activity increased. In the incision, the epithelial layer was stuffed by epithelial plug, there were a large number of fibroblasts and fibroblasts in the stroma, the epithelial plugs became smaller and the number of fibroblasts and fibroblasts decreased with the time of incision healing. Conclusions The corneal anti-external ability of rabbit corneas after 3 months of RK is lower than normal. The glycolytic pathway plays an important role in corneal wound healing.
