目的探讨微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水产品中硼含量的方法。方法以硝酸体系微波消解处理样品,优化了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的工作参数,以锂(6Li)作为内标元素,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定,标准曲线法定量。结果本法在0μg/L~2.0μg/L时线性关系良好(r=0.999 97),按取样量0.2 g左右经消解完全后定容至50.0 ml计算,其检出限为0.033 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%,海带片、紫菜、虾皮、小平鱼、白蛤和海虾6种水产品的加标回收率为99.6%~108.9%。结论该方法可用于水产品中硼的测定,具有操作简单、干扰少、快速、准确可靠等特点,能满足国家食品风险监测方法的相关要求,为市场监管提供良好的基础数据。
Objective To investigate the method of microwave digestion - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for the determination of boron in aquatic products. Methods The working parameters of ICP-MS were optimized by microwave digestion with nitric acid system. The parameters of lithium-ion-coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with lithium (6Li) as the internal standard and quantified by standard curve method. Results The method showed good linearity (r = 0.999 97) at a concentration of 0μg / L ~ 2.0μg / L and a limit of detection of 0.033 mg / kg when the volume was 0.2g. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.5%. The recoveries of six aquatic products including seaweed, seaweed, shrimps, cod, clams and shrimp were 99.6% -108.9%. Conclusion The method can be applied to the determination of boron in aquatic products. The method has the advantages of simple operation, less interference, fast, accurate and reliable, and can meet the requirements of national food risk monitoring methods and provide good basic data for market supervision.
