对Ti-5553合金在变形温度800~860℃、应变速率0.1~10 s~(-1)条件下进行热压缩试验,分析了应力-应变曲线,推导出加工硬化率θ与临界应变ε的关系曲线,应用曲线的拐点判据得到了合金在不同条件下变形发生动态再结晶的临界应变值。应用Sellarsn模型建立了合金发生动态再结晶的临界变形条件。
The hot compression tests were carried out on the Ti-5553 alloy under the conditions of deformation temperature of 800-860 ℃ and strain rate of 0.1-10 s -1, and the stress-strain curve was analyzed. The relationship between the work hardening rate θ and the critical strain ε was deduced The critical strain values of the dynamic recrystallization of the alloy under different conditions were obtained by using the curve inflection point criterion. The Sellarsn model was used to establish the critical deformation conditions for the dynamic recrystallization of the alloy.
