在我国体制转轨的环境下,加强行政治道德建设和完善其对行政权力的制约机制,有助于树立政府公共权威,保证行政管理正常运行。本文对行政权力的道德制约进行了新的探索——提出道德制约方式与政治、社会、法律等三种制约方式的互动。
