在获得神经生长因子(NGF)IgG后,以其为第一抗体建立了NGF免疫组织化学方法,并观察了成年小不组织中NGF的定位和分布。在颌下腺内,NCF主要定位于粒曲小管细胞及纹状导管细胞,而且雌、雄物之间NGF样免疫反应存在明显差异。第一抗体吸收试验观察到颌下腺显示免疫反应阴性,提示该反应是NGF特异性的。舌下腺内可见到反应阳性的散在的小导管细胞。输精管平滑肌和心房肌也显示免疫反应阳性。肾组织的观察表明,不仅在一些远曲小管细胞,而且在部分近曲小管细胞均发现NGP样免疫反应。
NGF immunohistochemistry was established using NGF as the primary antibody after obtaining nerve growth factor (NGF) IgG, and the localization and distribution of NGF in adult small non-tissue tissues were observed. In the submandibular gland, NCF mainly locates in granule cells and striated duct cells, and NGF-like immunoreaction between the female and male has significant differences. The first antibody absorption test observed submandibular gland showed immunoreactivity negative, suggesting that the reaction is NGF-specific. Sublingual glands can be seen in the reaction-positive scattered small ductal cells. Vas deferens smooth muscle and atrial muscle also showed immunoreactivity. The observation of kidney tissue showed that NGP-like immunoreactivity was found not only in some distal convoluted tubule cells but also in some proximal convoluted tubule cells.
