本文初步探讨了地方高磷生铁稀土镁球铁的疲劳性能,并在此基础上采用包外孕育和尿素热分解气体软氮化的综合处理提高疲劳强度,以解决地方生铁球铁柴油机曲轴的断裂问题.
In this paper, the local fatigue properties of rare earth high phosphorus ferromanganese rare earth magnesium ductile iron were investigated. Based on this, the fatigue strength was improved by the combination of extraneous gestation and urea soft nitriding of thermal decomposition of urea to solve the fracture of local cast iron ductile iron crankshaft problem.
