At present, compulsory education has fully turned to quality education, and the head teacher is the backbone of quality education. The class is composed of multiple students and there are differences among students. Therefore, there will be occasional incidents in the class. Through many years of work practice, I think the head teacher should do the following aspects. I. Strictly disciplined and love their job “The Code of Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers”
