针对陈四楼煤矿高应力岩巷变形剧烈,破坏形式多样化这一现象,通过详细的分析地质资料和现场调研,总结出巷道变形破坏的特征并分析出导致巷道破坏的主要因素,从而针对性地提出了围岩强化支护技术。采用多样化的支护方式和合理的支护参数设计,限制围岩进一步松散破碎变形,维护巷道的长期稳定。经过6个月的现场观测表明,高应力岩巷破坏情况得到了有效的控制,保障了矿井的安全生产,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Aiming at the phenomenon of severe deformation and vandalism of high stress rock drift in Chensilou Coal Mine, by analyzing the geological data and field investigation in detail, the characteristics of the deformation and destruction of the roadway are summarized and the main factors leading to the destruction of the roadway are analyzed. Put forward the strengthening support technology of surrounding rock. The diversified support methods and reasonable support parameters are used to limit the further loose deformation of the surrounding rock and maintain the long-term stability of the roadway. After 6 months of field observation, it shows that the destruction of high stressed rock roadway has been effectively controlled and the safe production of the mine has been secured and good social and economic benefits have been achieved.
