随着汽车的增多,交通事故时有发生,这给受害人及其家庭造成了严重的后果,特别是肇事逃逸造成的后果更为严重。如何保护受害人的权利已是迫切需要解决的问题。借鉴英国及香港特别行政区的成熟管理经验,建立广东省汽车保险赔偿基金是必要的,也是可行的。
With the increase of cars, traffic accidents happen frequently, which have caused serious consequences for the victims and their families. In particular, the consequences of the accident escalation have become even more serious. How to protect the rights of victims has become an urgent problem to be solved.
