近年来,碳钢及低合金钢氮化后直接淬火或再加热淬火的复合热处理已有不少报导。这种处理与单一热处理相比,不仅提高材料表层强度,并使表层残余应力分布得到改善而显著地提高零件寿命,引起众所瞩目。但不锈钢氮化后再加热淬火的复合热处理报导较少。为了提高本厂某不锈钢薄片状零件的使用寿命,我们进行了一些试验,已初见成效,并发现一些特殊性。
