A study sponsored by the Canadian organization Edmonton, the Canadian Psychometric Test, found that conflicts can actually benefit teams if they are properly addressed and can lead to better solutions, innovations, and motivation And other workplace benefits. The study polled 350 HR professionals and concluded that more than three-quarters of people think conflicts really allow themselves to better understand others. More than half of people think that conflict can bring better solutions to difficulties and challenges; 40% think conflict can improve team performance; nearly one-third think conflict improves work enthusiasm; and over one-fifth People think conflict sometimes helps to promote innovation.
