从网上发帖到民间反腐网站的建立是实现公民监督权的新的表现形式。民间网络反腐是信息和网络时代与腐败作斗争的应然要求,不仅符合我们长期坚持的依靠群众路线拒腐抗变的工作原则,而且可以弥补传统反腐机制的缺陷。规范民间网络反腐,发挥其长效机制,关键是要建立民间与官方在反腐网络上的沟通与协调,对其加强管理和科学引导,实行奖励和惩罚并行的机制。
From online postings to the establishment of anti-corruption websites is a new manifestation of realizing the right of citizens’ supervision. Anti-corruption of private networks is a necessary requirement of combating corruption in the information and Internet age. It not only accords with our long-standing principle of fighting corruption and relying on the mass line, but also makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional anti-corruption mechanism. To standardize the anti-corruption of private networks and to exert their long-term mechanism, the key is to establish a mechanism for communication and coordination between civilians and officials on the anti-corruption network and to strengthen management and scientific guidance and implement rewards and penalties in parallel.
