大学生德育工作是一项系统工程,家庭德育和高校德育作为其中最重要的两个环节,二者必须有机融合,形成合力。高校德育与家庭德育各具特色。高校德育是大学生德育的主渠道,但是在教育者能力、教育方式、教育重点方面也存在一定问题,而家庭德育具有渗透性、榜样性、长久性的特点,可以有针对性地进行弥补。家庭德育与高校德育要形成合力,要在巩固基础教育、创造良好环境、创新沟通方式、设置专门机构等方面下工夫。
Moral education in college students is a systematic project, family moral education and moral education in colleges and universities as one of the most important two links, the two must be organic integration to form a joint force. College moral education and family moral education have their own characteristics. Moral education in colleges and universities is the main channel of moral education for college students, but there are still some problems in the ability of educators, methods of education, and key points of education. Family moral education is permeable, exemplary and long-lasting and can be remedied in a targeted manner. Family moral education and moral education in colleges and universities should work together to make efforts to consolidate basic education, create a good environment, innovate new forms of communication and set up specialized agencies.
