山西省档案学会于5月29～30日在太原召开了“档案与生产力”学术讨论会.会议收到论文110篇.与会代表本着档案工作面向经济建设“主战场”,为发展社会主义社会的生产力、为增强社会主义国家的综合国力服务的宗旨,就科技档案与第一生产力的关系,科技档案的生产力属性及其特点,科技档案转化为直接生产力的依据、条件及其途径,档案工作如何适应生产力发展需要等问题,进行了热烈的讨论.科技档案与第一生产力即科学技术的关系,是这次学术讨论会研究的一个重点.在这个问题上,基本上有两种观点.一种认为科技档案与第一生产力是互为依托、互相转化、互为条件的关系.科技档案是科研、生产、基建活动的真实记录和伴生物.没有人类的科学技术活动,就没有科技档案.随着生产力的发展,科技档案的数量就会不断增加,质量就会不断提高.同样,没有科技档案作为必要条
