中国住宅房地产的发展培育了中国的业主建筑师队伍。这是一支新兴的力量,他们为发展商树立建筑观、为建筑师创造商业观,他们是房地产企业的设计管理者。“业主建筑师现象”标志着当今地产操作模式向专业化方向发展,也显示出设计专业在商业房产开发全过程中的地位日益提升,这是行业的进步。大量的地产实践一次次向人们证明:经济规律强制性地支配着我们的行动,我们的观念只有在合乎规律时才是可行的。
The development of residential real estate in China fosters a team of homeowners in China. It is a new force that has built a vision for developers and a business concept for architects who are design managers in the real estate industry. “The phenomenon of the landlord architect ” marks the current real estate operation mode to the professional direction, also shows that the design profession in the commercial real estate development process of increasing status, which is the progress of the industry. A great many real estate practices prove to people time and again: Economic laws govern our actions compulsorily, and our ideas are viable only in conformity with the law.
