目的探究农村地区小学生的营养与食品安全认知状况及其影响因素,为农村地区小学生开展营养教育提供一定的依据。方法抽取湖南省某农村地区425名3~6年级学生开展问卷调查,运用t检验、方差分析及线性回归,探究营养与食品安全认知影响因素。结果被调查小学生的营养与食品安全认知平均得分53.60;59.1%的学生对学习营养知识持积极态度。线性回归结果显示:高年级、留守、学习能力强、具备积极的学习营养知识态度,以及家庭规模大的学生,其营养与食品安全认知水平越高(P<0.05)。结论建议在农村地区开展学校营养与食品安全教育,提高儿童的相关认知以保障健康。
Objective To explore the status of nutrition and food safety of primary school students in rural areas and its influencing factors, and to provide some basis for primary school students to carry out nutrition education in rural areas. Methods A total of 425 grade 3 to 6 students in a rural area of Hunan Province were surveyed. The t test, ANOVA and linear regression were used to investigate the influencing factors of nutritional and food safety cognition. Results The average scores of nutrition and food safety awareness among primary school students surveyed were 53.60; 59.1% of students had a positive attitude toward learning nutrition knowledge. The results of linear regression showed that the senior students, staying behind, strong learning ability, positive attitude to nutrition knowledge and students with large family size had higher nutritional and food safety awareness (P <0.05). Conclusions It is recommended that school nutrition and food safety education should be carried out in rural areas so as to enhance the children’s cognition in order to protect their health.
