As an ideal cryoprotectant, vitrification has been successfully used in the preservation of mouse embryos and bovine embryos, but so far no reports on the preservation of embryos suitable for fishes have been reported. In order to study the effect of vitrification on the preservation of fish embryos at low temperature and to make the cryopreservation of fish embryos successful, the authors carried out using different cryoprotectants with different concentration combinations and screening by cryogenic freezing.
