针对扁管换热元件,从提高换热面积和增强流体湍流程度两方面,通过横截面积对比和对管内流体流动状态进行模拟分析,对其强化传热特性进行了研究,结果表明扁管与传统圆管相比可以提高传热面积,换热器壳径相同时,扁管布管比圆管多,大大提高了壳程空间的利用率,并且相同管内流量的情况下管内流速增加,增大了管内流体的湍动程度,有利于促进热量的传递,扁管的管内对流传热要好于圆管。
