目的 :探讨人工肝血浆置换疗法配合中药口服治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法 :2 2例重型肝炎在内科综合治疗基础上给予血浆置换治疗 3 9例次 ,部分患者同时予以清热凉血、解毒退黄之中药口服。结果 :2 2例经上述方法治疗后存活 1 8例 ,存活率为 81 .8% ,存活者临床症状都得到一定程度的改善 ,肝功能明显好转 ,不良反应率为 2 0 .5 % ( 8/ 3 9) ,病人耐受性良好。结论 :血浆置换对于重型肝炎是一种安全有效的治疗方法 ,宜早期进行
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of artificial liver plasmapheresis in combination with oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe hepatitis. Methods: Twenty-two cases of severe hepatitis were given 39 cases of plasma exchange therapy on the basis of comprehensive medical treatment. Some of them were given heat and cooling blood at the same time. Results: Survival rate was 81.8% after 22 cases were treated by the above method. The clinical symptoms of the survivors were improved to a certain extent, the liver function improved obviously, and the adverse reaction rate was 20.5% (8 / 3 9), the patient is well tolerated. Conclusions: Plasma exchange is a safe and effective treatment for severe hepatitis and should be performed early
