Sketch is a favorite technique for painters and drawing amateurs. However, the reason for hobby is completely different, even the opposite. As far as the painter is concerned, sketches record ideas very directly with impulsive feelings. It is quick, dexterous, and often elegant, a way of developing visual ideas without going through tedious technical steps. However, from caves to Picasso, from China, thousands of years ago, to the Jupiter space probe, sketches have been far apart from traditional concepts in both time and space. Drawings have gained wide attention recently. From the museum to the critics have felt its growing importance. Biesard, in “The Art of Sketch” (Holt, Ri-nehart and Winston, 1979), commented that since the Renaissance, sketch art has come to be seen as a unique pictorial technique rather than as a simple Into the original sketch of other paintings. Today, we appreciate not only the content presented by these sketches, but also the individuality of the sketches displayed by the sketches themselves. Sketches can use a variety of tools
