江西职业教育在改革与发展过程中还面临不少困难和问题。必须进一步加强对职业教育的领导与管理,建立与经济社会发展相适应的管理体制及办学机制,加大宣传力度,破解生源“瓶颈”问题,完善毕业生就业服务体系,打造品牌名校及特色专业,强化质量控制,采取多种形式多种途径搞好实训基地及师资队伍建设,逐步推行劳动预备、就业准入及职业资格证书制度,实行“既助强也扶弱”的政策取向,促进职业教育的均衡发展。
