天然气是一种重要的清洁能源,在我国一次能源消费结构中的比例不断增加,其能源安全研究成为学术界关注的热点。文章从能源消费、政治经济、运输与环境等4个方面识别天然气能源安全影响因子,运用层次分析法,构建了东南沿海天然气能源安全评价指标体系,并以福建省为研究区域,进行天然气能源安全评价。结果表明,福建天然气能源安全处于基本安全状态,评价结果主要受能源进口价格、对外依存度、以及年均经济增长率的影响。应采取交易方式多样化、气源多元化以及国内外资源互补的措施保障区域能源安全。。
Natural gas is an important clean energy and its proportion in the primary energy consumption structure of our country is increasing constantly. Research on energy security has become a hot topic in academia. The paper identifies the impact factors of natural gas energy security from four aspects of energy consumption, political economy, transportation and environment, and establishes the evaluation index system of natural gas energy security by using analytic hierarchy process. Taking Fujian Province as the research area, Evaluation. The results show that Fujian’s natural gas energy security is in a basically safe state. The evaluation results are mainly affected by energy import prices, external dependency and average annual economic growth rate. Measures should be taken to ensure regional energy security by diversifying transaction modes, diversifying gas sources and complementing resources at home and abroad. .
