目的 开展全国48家省级及直辖市疾控机构实验室乳粉矿物质元素的测定能力验证,了解其检测技术能力,为推进营养实验室网络建设工作提供依据.方法 能力验证样品由中国食品药品检定研究院(简称中检院)制备并发放,考核8种矿物质元素(钾、钙、钠、镁、铁、锌、磷、铜)的检测能力.与有证标准物质参照值比较校准得到本次能力验证样品的指定值,计算测得结果与指定值的相对偏差,根据偏差指导范围对结果进行评价.结果 48个实验室中省级疾控中心占60.4%(29/48),省会城市级疾控中心占33.3%(16/48),反馈结果的47个疾控中心中,完成全部8个元素项目检测的实验室占76.6%(36/47),8个结果均满意的实验室有24个,满意率为51.1%;单个元素的检测满意率均超过90.0%.结论 全国疾控系统乳粉中矿物质元素单个元素的检测能力总体好于预期,但部分实验室内部质量控制有待加强,综合检测能力有待改进和提高.“,”Objective To verify the ability of testing mineral elements in milk powder among 48 disease control institutions of provincial level and provincial capital in China, understand the technical ability of detection of them and provide the basis for promoting the construction of nutrition laboratory network. Methods The capability verification samples were prepared and distributed by National Institute of Food and Drug Control ( NIFDC) to assess the ability of 8 mineral elements ( K, Ca, Na, mg, Fe, Zn, P, Cu). Compared with the certified reference value of CRM, the specified value of the capability verification sample was calibrated, the relative deviation between the measured result and the specified value was calculated and evaluated according to the deviation guidance range. Results A total of 48 agencies participated in the proficiency testing, and 60.4% ( 29/48) of them belonged to the provincial CDCs and 33. 3% ( 16/48) of them belonged to provincial capital city CDCs.Of the 47 CDCs that feedback results, 76. 6% ( 36/47) of them completed the testing of all 8 elements items, and 24 labs were satisfied with the results, accounted for 51. 1%. The satisfaction rate for the single element was more than 90%. Conclusion The ability to detect the single element in the laboratories is better than expected, but it is still necessary to strengthen quality control and improve the comprehensive detection abilities for some of the laboratories.
