本刊讯 装甲兵表面工程研究中心采用电刷镀、热喷涂和新型焊条修复的一批零件,装于某重型装备上,历经5个寒暑、一个大修期的使用结果表明,耐磨性远远超过新品。最近经专家审定,刷镀零件的相对耐磨性是新品的2~6倍;不仅钢质零件可用,用于铝合金零件的修复效果也相当好。该中心新研制ZD-1型一次喷涂粉末不仅比原两次粉末喷涂简化了工艺,还节约粉末18.5%;对比试验结果表明,其耐磨性是新品的12倍。用铁锰合金堆焊焊条修复在恶劣工况条件下工作的零件表面,具有自激增强耐磨的特性,一
