This paper discusses the issues concerning the power of the Western organizations in the research field, reviews the more active research topics, theoretical perspectives and empirical findings. Based on the conceptual framework of the power of organizational decision-making and interpersonal interaction, this paper systematically reviews the connotation of the concept of power, the origin of the power in the organization and the clues of power, the influence of power on individual behavior, human interaction and organizational decision-making mechanism , And pointed out the future research direction.
