近些年,我国高等教育进入快速发展阶段,高校建设掀起了前所未有的高潮,而高校校园景观随着高校建设的推进也出现了新的变化。一方面,高校建设的过度工业化,对学校属地自然环境产生了破坏性;另一方面,由于缺乏有效的规划管理以及设计中的控制,在追求规模、速度等最大化的驱动下,造成高校校园地域文化的缺失和校园景观形态的趋同化。因此,在高校校园景观规划设计中强调校园环境建设中地域文化的嵌入,对地域文化的传承与保护、提升校园文化价值、塑造文化场所精神等都具有重要的意义。
