遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症(Hereditaryhemorrhagic telangeictasis),是一种具有皮肤或粘膜毛细血管扩张的遗传性出血性疾病,过去被认为是十分罕见的疾病。近年来国内、外均有报导,国内陆氏一组报告30例,国外一组报告159例。我院于1977年上半年内科住院病人中发现3例,说明此病并非罕见,提出临床工作者对于原因不明的出血性疾病患者,进行鉴别时,要考虑本病,详细的询问病史及家族史,细致的进行相应的检查及观察。现就我院所见3例及两个家族的调查情况报导如下:
Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasis, a hereditary bleeding disorder with dermal or mucosal telangiectasias, was previously considered to be a very rare disease.
