文章研究了聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二酯/聚对苯二甲酸1,4-丁二酯(PTT/PBT)共混物在熔体状态下的流动行为。PTT/PBT共混物的复数粘度随着PBT含量的变化出现了正-负偏差,曲线成S形,在PBT含量为10%时复数粘度出现极小值之后升高,在PBT含量为90%时出现极大值。当PBT含量在0~60%之间时,复数粘度出现负偏差,PBT含量大于60%后出现正偏差。这表明在共混体系中相逆转出现在大约PBT含量为60%时。流动曲线中出现一个平台区,PBT含量在30%~50%之间,这与两种组分形成共连续相有关。共混物的储能模量和损耗模量的变化规律与复数粘度的相似。
The flow behavior of poly (trimethylene terephthalate) / poly (1,4-butylene terephthalate) (PTT / PBT) blends in the melt state was investigated. The complex viscosity of PTT / PBT blends showed a positive-negative deviation with the change of PBT content. The curve became S-shaped. When the PBT content was 10%, the complex viscosity increased slightly after PBT content reached 90% When the maximum value. When the content of PBT is between 0 and 60%, the complex viscosity shows a negative deviation, while the PBT content shows a positive deviation after the content is above 60%. This indicates that phase inversion occurs in the blends at about 60% PBT content. A plateau region appears in the flow curve with a PBT content of between 30% and 50%, which is related to the formation of a bicontinuous phase between the two components. The change of storage modulus and loss modulus of the blends is similar to that of complex viscosity.
