本文以大蒜根尖为材料,在传统制片法的基础上加以改进,获得了大量植物细胞有丝分裂的清晰图象。办法可行,效果显著。
In this paper, the root tip of garlic was used as material to improve the traditional production method. A clear image of mitosis in a large number of plant cells was obtained. The method is feasible and the effect is significant.
